1. Seller information

Fishing Estonia OÜ
Registry code: 16144014

Email: info@fishing-estonia.ee

2. Prices

All prices displayed on the website are in euros.

The price of each product or service is shown next to the relevant product or service. If shipping, delivery or other additional fees apply, they will be shown to the customer before the order is confirmed.

Fishing Estonia OÜ reserves the right to change prices. The price applicable to an order or booking is the price displayed at the time the order or booking is placed.

3. Placing an order

To place an order or make a booking, the customer selects the desired product or service, enters the required information and chooses an available payment method.

Before confirming the order, the customer can review and, if necessary, correct the information provided.

An order is considered submitted after the customer clicks “Pay and confirm booking”, “Place order” or another equivalent confirmation button.

After the order or booking has been received, a confirmation will be sent to the email address provided by the customer.

4. Booking fishing trips

When booking a fishing trip, the customer may be asked to select:

  • the desired service;
  • date and/or time;
  • number of participants;
  • optional additional services;
  • other available booking options.

The booking is valid for the date and under the conditions stated in the booking confirmation.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the contact details provided during the booking process are correct.

If Fishing Estonia OÜ is unable to provide the booked service at the agreed time due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, the customer will be contacted as soon as possible and, where possible, offered an alternative date or a refund of the amount paid for the affected service.

5. Payment

Orders and bookings can be paid for using the payment methods displayed on the website.

Electronic payments are processed through third-party payment service providers, including LHV and/or EveryPay, depending on the selected payment method.

For certain services, Fishing Estonia OÜ may offer payment by invoice. In such cases, the invoice will be sent to the email address provided by the customer and must be paid by the due date shown on the invoice.

A booking is considered finally confirmed according to the selected payment method, either after successful payment or after confirmation by Fishing Estonia OÜ.

6. Delivery of goods

If an order includes physical goods, they will be delivered using the delivery method selected during checkout.

The estimated delivery time and delivery cost will, where applicable, be displayed before the order is confirmed.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery information provided in the order is correct.

7. Right of withdrawal for physical goods

Consumers generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract for physical goods within 14 days of receiving the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must submit a clear statement of withdrawal to Fishing Estonia OÜ.

Returned goods should, where possible, be unused and undamaged. The customer may inspect the goods only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

If the value of the goods has decreased due to use beyond what is necessary for such inspection, Fishing Estonia OÜ may have the right to claim compensation for the reduction in value.

If the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, this must be communicated to the customer before purchase.

Where applicable, refundable amounts will be returned in accordance with applicable law. Fishing Estonia OÜ may, in certain cases, withhold the refund until the goods have been returned or the customer has provided evidence that the goods have been sent back.

8. Cancellation of fishing trips and services booked for a specific date

The standard 14-day right of withdrawal generally does not apply to leisure services that are booked for a specific date or period.

Fishing Estonia OÜ nevertheless allows bookings to be cancelled under the following conditions:

  • more than 14 days before the trip – 100% of the amount paid will be refunded;
  • 7–14 days before the trip – 50% of the amount paid will be refunded;
  • less than 7 days before the trip – the amount paid is generally non-refundable;
  • in the event of a no-show, the amount paid will not be refunded.

These cancellation terms are Fishing Estonia OÜ’s own cancellation policy and are separate from any statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

Where possible, Fishing Estonia OÜ may agree with the customer to move the booking to another available date.

9. Weather conditions and cancellation of a trip

Fishing activities depend on weather, sea and other safety conditions.

Fishing Estonia OÜ and the guide conducting the trip have the right to postpone, modify or cancel a trip if weather conditions or other circumstances may endanger participants or make it unreasonable or unsafe to provide the service.

If Fishing Estonia OÜ cancels the trip and no suitable alternative date can be agreed with the customer, the amount paid for the cancelled service will be refunded.

10. Customer responsibilities during fishing trips

The customer must follow the instructions of the guide and all applicable safety requirements.

Before the trip, the customer must inform Fishing Estonia OÜ of any circumstances that may affect their safety or ability to participate.

Fishing Estonia OÜ has the right to refuse participation or terminate a customer’s participation if the customer ignores safety instructions, behaves in a way that endangers themselves or others, or is in a condition that prevents the service from being provided safely.

11. Complaints

If a purchased product or service does not comply with the agreed conditions, please contact:

info@fishing-estonia.ee

The complaint should include the customer’s name, order or booking number and a description of the issue.

Consumer complaints will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

For physical goods, consumers may also have statutory rights relating to defects and lack of conformity.

12. Processing of personal data

Fishing Estonia OÜ processes customers’ personal data for the purposes of fulfilling orders and bookings, processing payments, communicating with customers and for other purposes described in the website’s Privacy Policy.

More detailed information about the processing of personal data is available in the Fishing Estonia OÜ Privacy Policy.

13. Dispute resolution

If the customer has a complaint relating to a service or purchase from Fishing Estonia OÜ, the customer should first contact us at:

info@fishing-estonia.ee

If a consumer and Fishing Estonia OÜ are unable to resolve a dispute by agreement, the consumer may use the applicable out-of-court dispute resolution procedures or bring the matter before a competent court.

14. Changes to these Terms and Conditions

Fishing Estonia OÜ reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions of Sale when necessary.

The version of the Terms and Conditions that was in force at the time the order or booking was made will apply to that specific order or booking.
